I started my career in Graphic Designing in 2003 with a post-diploma for one year. After completing the Diploma, I started an internship at an Advertising Agency “Wiscome”.

During my internship, I began my Bachelor Degree course in Fine Arts & Design. This was a 4-year degree program from “Hunerkad College of Visual and Performing Arts”, affiliated to “Quetta University”.

My Degree started in 2004 and finished in 2008 with a major in “Graphic Arts”. During my 4-years degree, I also studied minor subjects like Painting, Sculpture, Printmaking, and Textile. I also did some commercial projects with my teachers and seniors.

While studying I simultaneously undertook part-time and freelance projects as a graphic designer with various companies such as the “CAD Group”, “The Fort” and “H&G”.

I started my professional career in 2009. My first full-time professional job was as a Visualizer with “ACC Advertising Agency” in 2009, where I worked on projects for different brands like Artdeco, Lierac, Phyto, Smmakers, Guard Rice & Oil, CCL Pharmaceutical. All this work was related to Advertising, Print Media, and Branding.

In 2010, I started working for Z&J company as a Graphic Designer. My main focus for this job was designing packaging, which was used to brand their main product – baby diapers. I worked as their in-house designer – my portfolio attached includes these designs. I also learnt about printing methods for these packaging such as Flexographic and Gravure and the intricate details that are involved in designing for different materials.
